Monica’s Weekend Recipe – #103

What You See Is What You Get – Ingredients
But yes, albeit WYSIWYG, I will list them:

1 pound Shrimp – any kind

Some Fresh Tomatoes and/or Fresh Pico de Gallo

Some Raw Green Onions – sliced/chopped

Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese at will – or whatever you like

1 Tbsp Sour Cream or Plain Yogurt per Taco

A sprinkle of Fresh Cilantro or a spoonful of Spicy Cilantro Sauce (Zhoug)

Hot Sauce (We love Louisiana style!)

Wheat Flour Tortillas – replacements as you please, toasted or not


To make the shrimp, just saute until pink and well done with the following:

Yes, simply Olive Oil, Crushed Red Pepper and Red Wine Vinegar.

Easy, Peasy, Lemon, Squeezy! (A little Lemon Juice isn’t a bad idea…)
